- Lemon Fest - August 9, 2009 booth staffing and canvassing
- City Fest - August 9, 2009 canvassing
- South Bay Pride 9-11:30 Set up
- South Bay Pride 11:30 - 2pm booth staffing
- South Bay Pride 2-4:30 booth staffing, wine & beer garden table staffing
- South Bay Pride 4:30 - 7pm booth staffing, wine & beer garden table staffing
- South Bay Pride 7-? Breakdown and pick up
- Canvassing businesses, bookstores, coffee shops, etc. throughout mid-June through mid-August
- Posting South Bay Pride in events calendars
