Memorial Park is located at 373 Park Way, Chula Vista, CA between 4th Avenue and 3rd Avenue just north of "H" street.
It is only 10 miles south of downtown San Diego.

Look for the Third Avenue Sign. It is directly in front of the Memorial Park.
For free parking, turn into the lane in front of Fuddruckers. At the end of the drive is a covered parking area open to the public.
